"Delivery was fine, just kind of slow!!!"
I ordered from drjays.com and my stuff did eventually show up, so I’ll give them that!!! Everything I ordered was there, and nothing came damaged, which was definitely a relief!!!
The only annoying part was the shipping!!! It took a few days longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on!!! Not the worst experience, but not exactly super reliable either. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry!!!

I ordered from drjays.com because the prices were better than a lot of other sites I looked at. I grabbed a couple of shirts and some sneakers on sale, for what I paid, I’m happy with everything.

Just a heads up though, shipping wasn’t exactly quick, so don’t order if you need something right away. My stuff did arrive in good shape and the quality was about what I expected for the price, so I’d probably buy again if I found another good deal

The box showed up looking like it had been tossed around quite a bit, maybe crushed on one side or two. The packaging didn’t seem like it was enough to protect it very well.

I was expecting to wait a while, but my refund came through super fast. Like, no question, it was quicker than I thought it would be. Definitely one of the easiest refund experiences I’ve had.

The tracking updated quickly, which was nice. It kept showing where it was and then the package showed up right around when it said it would, so that part worked out better than I expected.

"Took a bit to hear back"
I placed an order with drjays and was mostly just keeping an eye on the status since I wasn’t in a huge rush, but I did end up sending them a message to check on it. They got back to me eventually, so it wasn’t like I was totally ignored or anything. The reply was fine once it came through, I just kind of wish the updates had been quicker. Overall, customer service was okay, not bad, just a little slow

Checkout was okay, but, uh, the page took a while to load and my payment needed a couple tries before it went through. I did get my order placed in the end, so it wasn’t too bad.

I ordered something from drjays.com and ended up having a problem with the item. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies felt basic and didn’t really solve anything. It also took longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t rely on them much if an order goes wrong

Paying went through without any real issues, so overall it was okay. The only thing is that the card security steps weren’t super clear to me. Maybe it’s just how I read it, but I would’ve felt better if there was a bit more explanation during checkout.

"Return worked out, just took a while"
Ordering was easy enough, no real issues there. The return, though, felt a bit slower than I thought it would be. I kept checking for updates here and there, kind of forgetting about it and then remembering again, and the refund took a little while to come through. It did all get sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, just not the smoothest process. I’d probably shop here again if I saw something I really wanted

"Not totally convinced these were real!!!"
Shipping was totally fine and showed up without any issues!!! But once I opened the box, the sneakers just felt kind of off to me!!! The tags looked a little weird too, so now I’m not sure if they’re authentic or not!!! Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I just don’t feel super confident about them!!!

I had a really smooth experience ordering from DrJays.com. For me, the best part was how clear the updates were, I always knew what was going on. I had a quick question too, and they got back to me faster than I thought they would. I never felt confused or like I had to keep following up, which I really appreciate. It was simple, but that made the whole order feel a lot less stressful.

"Easy exchange, just bad timing on my part"
I had to exchange a jacket for a bigger size, and it went a lot smoother than I expected. The only annoying part was the timing since I needed it right around when the weather started changing, so that was kind of on me. The return steps were clear, and the replacement got to me faster than I thought it would. No real hassle at all, and I’d order from DrJays again

"Nice stuff, just not always enough options"
I liked some of the styles I saw, and there were definitely a few things I would’ve picked up. The only thing is, they didn’t always have my size, so I kind of had to pass on stuff I liked. Decent overall, just wish there was a bit more to choose from

"Not quite what I expected"
I ordered a hoodie from drjays.com i have mixed feelings about it. The style looked nice online and I was excited to get it, but once it arrived, the quality just didn’t match what I expected. The material felt thin and kind of cheap compared to the pictures. After just one wash, it already started looking worn, and some of the stitching was coming loose. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. I wanted to like it, but I probably wouldn’t order another one.
